1. You send the request. Date, time and the treatment you are asking about. Nothing is confirmed yet and nothing is charged.
2. We call you back. Usually within two working hours during clinic hours. If the slot you picked has gone, we offer the closest one.
3. You come in for the assessment. A dermatologist examines your skin or hair, tells you honestly what is realistic, and puts the plan and the price in writing before you decide.
