All treatments, procedures, and service packages once purchased or initiated are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if a patient chooses to discontinue or not complete the treatment due to personal reasons. Payments made towards consultations, procedures, or treatment packages are also non-transferable.
However, in rare cases where a treatment cannot be carried out due to medical reasons or at the sole discretion of the doctor, the value of the unused portion may be adjusted against an alternative service offered at the clinic. Such adjustments are subject to prior approval from the clinic management.
By proceeding with any service at Mediglo Clinic, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
